Instructions
- Sift ½ to 1 tsp of matcha powder into your bowl.
- Pour 1 oz of 80° C/ 175° F hot water( not boiling), and whisk in a slow circular motion to make a paste.
- Add 2 oz of hot water. Hold the bowl firmly with one hand and whisk it steadily in an “M” or “W” pattern by flicking your wrist up and down until a fine foam forms.
- Add more hot water as desired.
